    • Payment by Credit Card : credit card orders are accepted by PayPal.

    If you wish to pay by credit card, you will be automatically redirected to the secure site of our payment provider, CIC Banks.  Visa and Mastercard are accepted.  Enter the number of your card, as well as the expiration date and cryptogram (last three digits on the back of the card), then validate.  Your order will be processed quickly.

    • Payment by PayPal : orders are validated upon acceptance of payment.

    This payment system, popular with internet users, is also particularly safe. When you vaidate your cart, you will then make this payment selection from the drop-down menu.  After validation of your order, you are automatically transferred to PayPal’s secure site.

    YOUR ORDER

    Your order is effective from the date of receipt of payment.  A confirmation email will be sent the day your order is sent, either by the French main post office service Collissimo or by the French package delivery service Mondial Relay.

    Delivery time is dependent on destination. In general (except for delays beyond our control), please allow 2-4 days business days for arrival in metropolitan France, and 5-15 business days for delivery overseas.

    CANCELLATION OF ORDER : Please note that once payment is made, your order is processed immediately.  Any subsequent cancellation of an order requires prior agreement, in writing, from Marielon

    Please note that prices are indicated in Euros.

    A faithful image of the products offered for sale are represented on the site. However, since computer monitors differ in the representation of color and texture, Marielon cannot be held responsible for these differences

  • Since all pieces represented on the site are unique, exchanges are not possible

    Once your order is completed, with payment received, MarieLon carefully packs and ships it. Expedited shipping fees are offered with the purchase of 3 items (3 pieces of jewelry or 3 pieces of wall art).

    POSTAGE

    Jewelry can be transported only in a package requiring either signed delivery or declared value

    via COLISSIMO

    A French postage system : postage with proof of deposit, tracked delivery, and no signature required). Transport is insured with a registered letter in France, and with additional costs paid by buyer. The weight determines the shipping costs of 1 to 3 items.  Rates below are for 2017 :

    • For packages weighing up to 500g to metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco) : 6,10€ (+R1 : 2,50€/R2 : 4€)
    • For packages weighing up to 500g to the E.U. and Switzerland : 12,50€ (+ insurance)
    • For packages weighing up to 500g to Eastern Europe (outside of the E.U.), and Maghreb : 16,20€ (+ insurance)
    • For packages weighing up to 500g to other countries : 23,70€ (+ insurance)

    A French postal system specific to the delivery of packages to private parties, in France and in Europe, of every size and weight in Points Relais, ®  or at home  (weigh 0 to 30 kg).
    Several solutions are offered for sending and receiving a package.  The customer is notified by SMS or email as soon as the information is available. For even more safety, packages are tracked, allowing you to follow the shipping process online and at any time.

  • Shipments handled by the French postal system, via « Colissimo » are available with online monitoring accessibility. In case of late delivery, please check online for updated information. If necessary, please do not hesitate to contact us by email. In the unlikely event that your package cannot be located and is considered lost (with verification from the post office), and your package was insured by registered mail, a refund will be issued, according to the amount of the piece for France and by an additional insurance for the foreigner

    Shipments handled by MONDIAL RELAY are also accessible with online tracking conditions. In case of late delivery, please check online for information that has been sent to the carrier or relay point (if the package is not pending).  Then, if necessary, please email us to report the delay.  If your package cannot be located and is regarded as lost (with verification from MONDIAL RELAY), and was insured at the time of purchase (please note that there are 5 levels of insurance), a refund will be issued. Additional insurance guarantees loss or damage noted when the package is delivered to the recipient at the level of selected compensation (including shipping costs).  Upon receipt of the claim, and within 21 calendar days, MONDIAL RELAY will verify that package was either lost or damaged.
