DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

www.marielon.fr guarantees dispatch by parcel-post (stamping with proof of deposit, delivery upon signature, continuous monitoring). Transport is insured by recommended mail in France, and by additional insurance for foreign countries.

Postage rates are charged (of one to three articles) at :
• 12 €uros for parcels to : mainland France (inc. Corsica and Monaco)
• 20 €uros for parcels to : European Union, Switzerland and Norway, overseas territories
• 28 €uros for parcels to : countries in Eastern Europe (non-EU), Africa, Canada, USA, Middle and Far East
• 35 €uros for parcels to : other countries
A confirmatory e-mail containing parcel-post references will be sent on the day of dispatch.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address given during the ordering process. 2 to 4 working days are required for delivery in mainland France, and 5 to 15 working days for foreign countries and overseas territories.

www.marielon.fr retains ownership rights over its products until orders have been paid for in full (price of items and delivery costs).
As soon as the order is transmitted to the transporter, all risks connected with the goods are automatically transferred to the customer.
