PREAMBLE

The general conditions described herein exclusively define sales of Marielon products, as presented on our site www.marielon.fr . All customers must officially accept the general conditions of sale described herein before orders can be validated. A hand-written signature is not necessary for validation.

YOUR ORDER

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment.
Any clause originating from the purchaser, which is not accepted in writing by the seller and which stands in opposition to the present general conditions or specific features defined in the price offer, will be considered as null and void.
No unilateral cancellation of an order will be accepted without the agreement of www.Marielon.com

ORDER CONFIRMATION

• Payment by credit card : orders are confirmed by Paypal.
• Payment by Paypal : orders are confirmed as soon as payment is accepted.
All confirmed orders are irrevocable, and can only be challenged by the revocation law, in accordance with article L.121-16 of the consumer code

PRICES ANS DELIVERY

All prices are quoted in Euros.
Postal and packaging rates constitute additional costs, and will be given during the final confirmation stage of your order (according to the destination).
www.Marielon.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any moment. However, all orders made on the basis of prices in force at the time the order is recorded will not be subject to modifications.

DELIVERY TIMES AND DELAYS

All dispatches are made exclusively with on-line monitoring conditions. In the case of late delivery, please consult the reference number given, using the courrier's website, or the post office's website if the parcel is not pending attention. If need be, you may then inform us of the delay by e-mail. If your parcel cannot be located, it will be considered lost. Reimbursements due or articles ordered will be paid by ourselves.

OWNERSHIP

www.marielon.fr  retains ownership rights over its products until orders have been paid for in full (price of items and delivery costs).
As soon as the customer has received the order, all risks connected with the goods are automatically transferred to the customer.
